This design means they will make the phone out of metal or plastic rather than glass. It will probably mean that they have to build in 2 batteries (because the folding part would be softer than the rest and a foldable battery would burn due to impacts)

As a prolonged phone this device looks terrible but I believe that of a foldable tablet a lot of us could actually benefit. We could carry a big screen just in a pocket. Default size would be great for browsing, game playing whilst one could make use of bended mode answering calls, using phone in crammed places. I'm excited to hear more about this technology!

I wonder, if they make it foldable. Then what will happen with the battery ? OMG! It might end up exploding in a foldable way >.< I hope they work on their batteries. But it's Samsung ! Hope they FIX it !

What is stopping it from folding in on its self while you are using it, and why would you want a fold able phone? It would be like having a laptop that folds in four, and having it fold would defeat the purpose of having a flat phone
