Same price but ... moreI was toying with the idea of buying the LG Optimus 2X in place of the nexus S, but i just have worries that the phone OS upgrades may not go far... With the Nexus series, not only does sofware upgrade go really far but they also get the fastest update.

The best phone from google is google nexus one from htc!!!!! In the present is very good phone, nice disign and very fast. Was realised in january, but it`s still keep the price, samsung was on preorder 549£, now is 430£, and after 2 month will be 300£.... Hmmmmm.. Samsung FAILED!!!!!!

[deleted post]Man, people will make up anything to disbelieve the truth. Samsung didn't pay them for the Wave to be the highest rated smartphone currently, the people voted with their opinion. Those 3 Nokia phones aren't the most interesting because Nokia is paying for it, it's because those Nokia phones are attracting the people. You either believe it or you don't. End of story.

I do believe that the Google Nexus S may have sold out already hence the delay until the 22nd of December.
I pre-ordered two of them a few weeks ago and received an email today that they have been dispatched via DHL. Seems my pre-orders are fine, so it seems likely that more people pre ordered the devices than anticipated.

[deleted post]Symbian may not be dead yet, but it is definetly dying. Symbian still lives in cheap phones for the massmarket, like N8, but Symbian is compeletely dead in the segment for the most advanced top smartphones.

what do you expect man! This is google, their ears are all over the place if you know that I mean hehe, so be careful they may be listening right now :P
And yes I do believe that they did some research and discovered that the initial prices were so absurd! So it came down, so good for the people not google :)

gsmArena guys, plese see at .carphonewarehouse.com for phone storage for the Nexus S they have written "16 GB or more" - this "or more" - is somewhat confusing. It may have additional storage, or can be ordered with bigger internal memory, or its main memory can be replaced with bigger (or just a miss on the site) - who knows.

It's because no one in the UK would pay that much money for it, especially as you can get the HTC desire Z from amazon for £389.60.

NEVER CHANGE TO N8 WHILE OTHER PHONES DAILY INTERES CHANGE EVERYWEEK , so i guess N8 daily interes is not true . and to say true N8 is not very good phone , N8 suck low screen resolution , small battery , small CPU , just little RAM . and run DEAD OS .
