Downloaded mine last night, got used to it already. Very impressed. Only things missing for me are the directional arrows and double tap space bar for full stop & space like the iphone and HTC keyboards. Apart from that top marks!

I just can't get used to this virtual keyboard. Forced myself to use it for a month on my Vibrant (Galaxy S) and went to the default Samsung keyboard. I hate Swype.

I got a HTC Desire. I had Swype originally, then moved to SlideIT and eventually settled on Ultra Keyboard.

Ultra Keyboard runs rings around the other Slide keyboard solutions and is faster.

I like swype. But once I used HTC_MOD keyboard on my non HTC android, I cannot think of going back, now I feel swype is tedious with all that finger running around. And worst part of swype is you should exactly remember spelling - and mind CPU goes to 100%.

Weird, I bought myself a HTC desire. I searched the internet and found the app swype. I installed it and worked just fine. The big disadvantage with this prog that it's huge, 20 MB. I uninstalled it and using SlideIt atm. Alot faster, smaller and better.
