Anonymous, 17 Nov 2016Sorry prefer the latest Dell XPS 13. Same size/weight yet... moreSurface book is precisely just what you suggested and even that isn't really doing amazing.

If they'd moved quickly when tablets came out initially then this idea would have made them a lot of money. They didn't and this is the result.

Anonymous, 17 Nov 2016Sorry prefer the latest Dell XPS 13. Same size/weight yet... moreI agree with you that dell is better but the Microsoft Surface is not meant to be a full laptop. It's half PC and half tablet as you can buy it without keyboard.

I dunno small laptops were never my thing..and touch display on an xps is just a gimmick..it won't serve any purpose..samsung should probably look into the matter to keep things interesting..their stylus is by far the best

Same size/weight yet with better everything else. Twice the battery, much better for gaming, quite better keyboard, *bigger* screen, many more ports.

It even has the option of a touchscreen (for those that need it). Windows and tablets does not make much sense, time for Microsoft to abort this experiment, return to real ultra books and give real competition to the likes of Dell and Apple.
