htc. hmmm. good music and sound system, and thats about it. htc seems more and more to go the same way as the old nokia. lets just hope the new nokia will do better.

This phone is so unneccessary when they have HTC 10. The SD 652 would have been a better choice than the SD810.

Brands nowadays take advantage of the regular people who have no clue what is the meaning of the specifications. All they see is the design and maybe a hot celebrity advertising for it.
I used to be a big HTC fan, but nowadays I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are not what they used to be, that's for sure.
From a great company they turned into junk market flooders of low and mid range devices that nobody wants. And I could say that LG is following the same agenda, along with the king of flooders - Sammy.
No wonder the chinese brands are catching up and even excelling..

SD810 have a circuit defect... no matter what thermal fix htc will put, the CPU will throttling ! the only place for all SD810 is a trash. The end

Why htc want to introduce this model with 810 chip? There's 820 or latest 821. If not, the latest mid 653 will do. With 810, it will do more harm than helping htc.

GG5, waterproof, military grade aluminum back. not many would buy it. but ones with special protection needs plus superb design will have no regret. i think this is why it will not ship in millions in first place(very narrow consumer market).
