Something simple as adding an app shortcut to the desktop is complicated with too many steps. I use WP at my job and it is killing me. They need to take 5 different people profiles ask them what and how and then do it. Simple, now give me the ceo paycheck 😉.

Those are faux smartphones. Without apps and 3rd party support in general your phone is not smart in any way or manner. It's simply a touch phone that can only do its embedded functions.

"Sadly, nothing much is known about the handset at the moment". There is nothing sad about it. Because no one wants to know anything about Windows phone.

The biggest telco provider in my country does not even provide their app for windows phone. When I rang their customer service on how to check and activate data package/promotion, their reply was "Do you have android or iphone?". I said "It's windows phone". And then they chuckled, "Unfortunately, we do not have an app for windows phone. Try local wifi for internet."
