nkwama, 23 Nov 2016I almost forgot about Windows 10 Mobile OS since Lumia line... morebut your OS still need a booster to run properly, isnt it ?

Perez5k, 24 Nov 2016There you go again, I never said MS does not support window... moreI think you didn't get my opinion well or my english is not good I don't know.

I did not contradict my self and didn't lie about anything.

I frankly don't hate windows phone. I just don't see any future for it like what happen to Meego.

For example in the Middle East , this OS is almost not noticed if you go around you will see either Apple or Android but no WP at all.

Here in my place Android apps and gmail or any other services work like a charm don't know about you.

R.E.D.E.E.M.E.R, 24 Nov 2016I would like to thank you for your convenience answer. T... moreThere you go again, I never said MS does not support windows phones, but you lied about it in your reply. Remember we are on the page where an update on a Windows phone device was announced, that's support!
You said you feel petty for all windows phone users because your office does not make windows phone apes. Do I work in your office?
In my place of work android devices cannot receive mails on their mail apps, does that mean that all android users are petty?
If you don't like or use a device, don't bother commenting. If you must comment be straight about it.

Perez5k, 24 Nov 2016You asked who cares the answer is you do, cos if you don't ... moreI would like to thank you for your convenience answer.

That was amazing and you have expressed my point of view. Lack of apps and support.

As for me, I have used Symbian, Maemo & Meego (Which I deeply felt in love with them).

Then I am using Android and no any intention to use IOS.

WP is a nice simple SW but no support. For example the place where I live most of government works are done by apps made of Android and Apple, no windows.

I don't care about games and social apps. I have my laptop supported with Ubuntu OS and i can go socialize there if i want.

Only dotta 2 is my main game till now. LOL

I have used all mobile OS, and from my experience apart from apps nothing else comes close to windows 10 mobile. Once you get used to it, every other mobile OS will look like shit.
In the past I had an android phone as my secondary device and for apps that are available on windows phone. Then I realized that pokemon go is just a game and nothing else, Snapchat is just a social media app and nothing else. They are only popular. I also realized that meaning apps eg banking apps always have the web based app. I have since sold my android device, I am very satisfied with my windows phone.

Noel, 23 Nov 2016Nice phone wasted on windows OS that doesn't garner much sa... morenothing wrong with windows os appart from a big app gap and that includes gestures beta a app that is made by microsoft and not supported in windows 10 lol. But the os itself is great. Aftr 4 months on a s7 edge, a phone I love and a os I like I cant wait to return back to windows mobile 10. I miss live tiles so so much, my reliability has gone down hill because static icons showing numbers feels very bland and old fashioned. Yes I love my s7 edge screen but to be fair my Lumia 930 has clearer and louder speakerphone and speakers and its not even close. Even syncing all my contacts is perfect in people app yet Samsung s7 edge seems to get confused between the google and Samsung contact. Its even missing some numbers I had before. Again disappointing. Even groove my preferred music player sucks on android as it wont even read my sd card music. Notifications are not even close to the brilliant windows os, I know you think they are but I have experience now anmd they really are not compareable, my Lumia 930 with windows os 10 is just way bettyer than my edge at notification. god I wish Cortana worked on my s7 edge, I cant even press a button to activate google and the whole google now assistant experience isn't even close to the Cortana personal experience, not even close.
I have fantastic battery life and fast wireless charging on s7 edge its incredible but when you don't even get decent notifications on your always on display or when they don't open to .lock screen you realise microsofts os is far ahead of the competition in some areas.
As you see I really do disagree with you and I'm using a Lumia 930 and s7 edge, both great phones but only one is a great os, especially if you take away hamburger menu from windows lol.

Bomj, 23 Nov 2016Well said! Good to see some people on GSMArena see beyond "... morewindows mobile is great but apps like here maps and paypal and myfitnesspal and the other 3-4 apps myfitness pal has are all missing from the windows mobile phone. I now have a s7 edge cause of the huge app issue a app issue that grew for me in 2016 and didn't exist much in 2014. Still I know that if a decent phone, one I like comes out ill jump back in and cary my android phone as a second phone just because of all the missing apps.

Noel, 23 Nov 2016Nice phone wasted on windows OS that doesn't garner much sa... moreYeah, a business oriented device using Android, the most insecure, full of malware/exploits OS. HP is not ran by idiots, there must be a reason why they did not choose android.

Noel, 23 Nov 2016Nice phone wasted on windows OS that doesn't garner much sa... moreExcept if you knew anything about business, you would know that even the biggest companies like HTC have issues with selling on Android because of all the Chinese manufacturers undercutting pricing. There's also the business aspect which Windows mobile is being built for. If you actually saw the HP dock and HP phone working in person you would be quite impressed. You take the laptop dock out of your bag, open it up and it can connect to your phone without ever taking the phone out. And MS is bringing that experience to be closer to Desktop every release. Redstone 2 will have same UI. Redstone 3 will use emulation to run desktop apps. This isn't out there to compete with phones which are at a plateau. This is the beginning of the future.

Nice phone wasted on windows OS that doesn't garner much sales. I said it when I first saw this beautiful phablet...HP should have made this running Android as well. The goal is to push out number which equals $$$$$$$. Oh well....

Who cares update for no update.

Price is high and OS is way too for and almost vanishing.

Feel petty for those who is gonna buy this phone already

I almost forgot about Windows 10 Mobile OS since Lumia line was ceased. This OS was a failure and no any other OEMs are longer interested on it.

This device is still not available in many of its declared markets ... it is still very elusive. In the meantime it is continuing recieving hates from diehard haters.
