I wonder what goes on in the mind of the manufacturers of the i-phone. Why make such a restrictive phone.How can a phone not have bluetooth that enables exchange of photos between either a similar phone or better still other bluetooth devices. I came so close to buying an i-phone,just for its beauty and prestige but then I realised I have always been a rebel in my heart who hates to be restricted in what I can do. I just gave it up.To the i-phone lovers , have a blast but for me.....its a NO,NO for now.
About Skype....this company is an enigma to me.
Why is it that they do not have a clear customer service centre either by phone or even by e-mail. They seem to have a nice product but they hate to deal with issues that arise from usage of their product. I will not go into which issues these are but if you wanna see what they are-some pretty scary, just google skype complaints and you'll see what I mean.
And yet this is a company that advertises even on CNN!
But hey their application is just new for i-phone, so you android and Nokia lovers stop bashing i-phone freaks just because you have been using yahoo messenger and google talk on your 3G phone for 2 years or more.
ITS A NEW APP FOR I-PHONE! Get that!

This site always says Nokia is best. But that is not true.
In that case i am not telling Apple is the best, because iphone 4 is also having antenna issue...(I own so i know). But you as reviewer should not do any partiality. Your review should give proper knowledge to the people. And it should also give a nice feedback to manufacturers so that they understand consumers and provide best device to us.
Any how, I have not tried skype yet but updated the app. will try later. Hope it works nice. Actually I was waiting to see this in mobiles and my iphone made it happen.

Used it, it's cool, have delayed about 2 seconds but it's ok. I'm using 3GS.

Just give up will ya, 30 Dec 2010Must be a nokia user, who's jealous of iPhone's quality :DLet me tell you something mate, Nokia had this nearly 3 years ago, so don't be getting smart with anyone. Also Nokia use just as good parts on their high end devices, such as anodised aluminium or stain less steal and gorilla glass. Careful not to drop your Iphone now.

You could already make Video calls on the iPhone on Yahoo Messenger App! I do it with my friend and she uses an iPhone all the time :)

Just give up will ya, 30 Dec 2010Must be a nokia user, who's jealous of iPhone's quality :Ddude i have a n900 and i use video calling with skype a long time ago u better look at the facts. nokia had that technology a long time ago. iphone is a piece of garbage. and if it didnt have apps it will be a wack phone. so what if my n900 dont have to apps like apple but the apps i use and the computer power in the n900 everyday im finding new features for this phone. nokia is way before its time and u know apple bit off of everyone and the last one to get features. i was skyping off my n95 3yrs ago. you all so brain washed.

I'm Symbian user but skype video calls I got since 2008 when I purchase my Nokia phone. I've just wondering that how Apple can attract so many customers for who they no have any respect.................. so many restriction and many years was no skype calls support in many times overpriced iPhone handset..........
