I bought the phone just 3 days ago and have to change it 3 times. The reason: After a few calls with the new phones the receiver just died. Cannot hear a sound from the caller. With the mouth piece or bluetool it works. The phone other features also work well except the receiver. I wonder is it a manufacturing fault.
The store has refunded me fully after the 3rd set also suffer from the same problem

Another big dissapointment from palm. sleek, state of the art, cutting edge are words w/c are alien to them.

I think the they keep holding off on the wifi because of battery issues. Wifi just consumes too much juice in a smartphone! PDA's are a different story. Putting in wifi will either decrease the standby/talk time too much or make the phone too thick (it's already too thick!).

Great site! Quite up-to-date with the information presented in a fashion just the way I like it!

Too thick, too heavy, too small screen, and low resolution.
(not too mention way too expensive)

Do you guys even read the specs before you post your opinions?
EVDO? this phone is GSM model supporting UMTS, EVDO is for CDMA
phones... and yes Wi-Fi is very important in pda style phones!

Hey Palm engineers, can't we have a t/x or lifedrive sized screen and tungsten w keyboard? I am sick & tired of your small screen and small keyboard.

I wonder if they have handwriting input where you can scribble what ever you want and store it as a reminder / foward as a message
Also can we edit MS office documents on this phone
Is there predictive texting on the phone

Is wifi all that important to most people. I think not when you have UMTS.

the reason for no wi-fi is, on this way, you HAVE to buy a wi-fi SDIO card, and give them more money...
