there is no black bezel in mi5 and mi5s.

I hope they'll stop making black bezel around the display (and returning to use Gorilla glass) and they'll improve camera low-light algorithm.. That's all what they need to do.

when you turn on your battery usage setting in your android, you will notice the main power consumption is from the screen, not from the CPU. If the phone maker can do it properly, heat could be less than 821, but I doubt people will experience much different in terms of performance as app these days are getting more resource hogging than before.

You may not notice much of a speed difference between SD821 and SD835, but I heard that SD835 will be much more energy efficient and have other features that will make it well worth waiting for.

The changes between phones are incremental these days to the point that it makes less sense than ever to upgrade.
Gone are the days where the new phonenhadntwice the performance , twice the camera, much better battery (2010-2013), now it's all about boring upgrades...
My phone from 2013 (Note 3) running cyanogenmod is still much better than many/most modern phones (fast, better battery life due to the ability to swap, pen support, more storage due to my 128GB SD, latest android version due to CM14.1, etc)

Luckily for them, in China they have more sheaps than Apple have in US

It is getting hard to buy a Mobile Phone today.. you buy the latest today, tomorrow there is another one much better. Probably next year manufacturer will compete for Dual Full Display LCD Back and Front....
