Peter From Poland, 06 Dec 2016It is 'offer' for people like you I guess ! They trying to ... moreoh but i wouldn't buy it on a normal matter, i usually buy stuff separately as i need them (unless it's a REAL good offer) my point was that carriers can actually sell the phones at any price they want so they can offer any "discounts" or "free stuff" and it's not wrong to promote it like that... oh and by old tech that nobody buys, yeah it's probably the case but keep in mind that not every person can buy the latest TV and are stuck with a REALLY old one (or maybe broken one) that needs a normal replacement
have a good day ^_^

AnonD-551566, 06 Dec 2016it's still free... not worth it? i guess u'd like to reciev... moreIt is 'offer' for people like you I guess ! They trying to give away TV's that no one bought as it's very old tech. and obviously they will say you get it for FREE !! And phone you will get for the same, high retail price. Try to look deeper, don't get fooled just by @FREE@ sign...

AnonD-551566, 06 Dec 2016it's still free... not worth it? i guess u'd like to reciev... moreYou wanted to know why its not worth it to get it free. Read below:
LG G5 (on BestBuy) Unlocked: $449
LG - 32" Class - (31.6" Diag.) - LED - 720p - Smart - HDTV - Black: $139
Add those phone cost & TV cost: approx. $588
Now Best Buy is selling the Verizon model for $26 monthly payments for 24 months: 26*24 = $624
(Yes, Sprint has $24 monthly payments for 24 months = $576)
So you basically are not getting it free and in Verizon's case you are paying more!
Free = Contract + Pay more overall!
GSM Arena should do some research before posting such deals.

Anonymous, 06 Dec 2016Don't be fool it isn't free at all, this is instead of pric... morewell that's called marketing u know? if the device costs (let's say) $500 but u sell it at $300 normally through any type of "discount" then u can let go of the discount and sell it at $500 with a "free" TV (yeah u can actually call it free and it adds up)
it would be wrong if u still sell the device at $300 and say u can buy it for $500 with a "free" TV (that's just nonsense) but carriers are very good with these kinda stuff since they can change the original price month to month so they offer this "deals", it all comes to buyers decision but they can be call "free" gifts following the aformentioned logic ^_^
