sexh, you are typical fanboy of SE.
Best specs @ SE? Knock-knock, do you live in a stoneage?
Bad nokia quality? Oh, come on, you haven't tried anything except 3310?
Nseries and Eseries have GREAT quality. 6233, 6131, 7370, 8800 etc have great quality. Some mass-market phones like 6280 are not so good but that's an exception.
SE has poor plastic quality on the k750 for example!

Upgrade software nokia? like the 6230? every sw upgrade became worse! there where 9 sw upgrades for this piece of thrash! 6280 => if you removed the battery the camera lens came with it! Even the simple phones are breaking down more often then from other brands (like the 1100), what can possibly break down on a simple phone. Nokia still manage to make trash with simple phones.
sony ericsson => people who want a good phone with best specs
    samsung => stylish, and good
Nokia => people who want to buy a badge and complain later about bad quality

not really, the n93 was never supposed to be a mass market, its was to show technological advance for those you can't wait for high tech nologies, ence it lacks the 850mhz band, since the n95 its a whole diffent story. it won't be on the market til march. the n93 will have moderate sales rate. the n95 was introduced to replace the n80. the jack of all trades. like the n73 the n70,
the SE fans says not to cause internal competition but hell.. that a lame excuse, since the price of the n80 will be alot cheaper than the n95 and you know people have this called this called Budget that prevent them for going to highest price handsets. the n95 ITS THE MOST ADVANCED HANDSET and REALLY NO BRAND have ANYTHING to counter it yet... and if they do it won't have all the features the n95 have. maybe the 5mpx camera but that its.

N95 killed other mobile phones including their own N-series. Anyway, bad move for announcing the phone this early when N93 is just penentrating the market.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PHONE! Just three months ago, I was talking to a friend of mine about my Motorola A1200....about how I liked the phone a lot because it was one the smallest touch-screen PDA's available. We were talking about how it still lacks some features we would want, and we discussed the ultimate mobile phone: small (like the motorola a1200), 4MP camera w/ autofocus, wifi, bluetooth, quad-band, and GPS!...we said "It might come out by 2008."....and its already announced, to be realeased within 6 months of the time we talked about it! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

hhhm with 5 megapixels and HSDPA it will be a super phone
but do not forget that the first phone with HSDPA in the market is BenQ-Siemens EF91

Damnit!!! Nokia is really trying to push the competition up! This is the most desirable (and expensive) fone I have ever seen in my entire life. All kinds of wired-wireless connections, superb multimedia functions, quite small form factor for all of its qualities...
Here in Brazil Nokia is seen as the best manufacturer concerning overall quality and signal sensitivity. Other manufacturers just try to follow them but most times just get screwed!
There is really no competition between N95 and any other model from SE, Samsung, Motorola (with this one there is REALLY no competition), LG and else.I'm sure they are all working under high pressure to have something in order to counter this heavyweight player!

hmm. given the location of the camera on the N75, im surprised that they didnt go for a twistscreen design like the samsung Z710.

a2dp yes. since it features Fp1 it have stereo bluetooth profile.
nokia dropped the n90 resolution because it was not a stardard one. nokia could use HVGA. VGA but according to mobile review mods it was for the battery life they used QVGA but good they added 16 millions colors, the screen have a good brightness and really you won't see the dots unless you use a good macro camera. the p990 have the same kind of screen 2.7" 256k colors vs nokia 2.6" with 16 millions colors same resolution. isn't the p9900 praised screen in gsm arena review?.

All other manufacturers were shaken by what NOKIA has recently announced. The giant is awaken.....look at the design. its the combination of all what other manufacturers has recently presented that infact never hit the market that much. the features. the colors. the buttons. what else you will look for. I am a fan of SE and HTC products. but now, i am having second thoughts of having the HTC trinity. have recently used.....Jam, LGP9000, N70, SEK800, K-Jam....and i may cancel my reservation for the SE P990.

Phone I have longed for! It has finally released their official launch! The N80 isnt really a big phone...seriously it's quite light and well...perfect size (at least for me). Nokia aims for the business and luxurious aspect.
