SD 650/653 combination could be wise choice.. Then ppl might go for it even it has ~50% more price than the Xiaomi's Redmi. but with low end processors like Helio P series. It wont make any hurdle to Redmi's dominance.. Better luck though might work for loyal Moto customers..

Snapdragon 625, 5000 mAh battery..
Now what?
Can we expect a Moto M plus with such a huge battery and soc?

Reading about Moto M as excited with full metal body etc etc until I read a line powered by MediaTek processor and lost the interest in Moto M

If you've ever used any other Moto phone, you'd see they're quite similar to the original. Front firing speakers, the coveted Moto additions onto stock Android, it's all still there, just Lenovo is placing fingerprint readers on their phones

It comes with the Motorola logo on the back.
Build.prop says "brand: motorola".
The back of GSMArena's review unit says "Manufactured for Motorola Mobility".
Under legal information on the box it says "Motorola".
Yes, Lenovo owns Motorola, but the phone is still a Motorola phone that comes with the Motorola logo. GsmArena should still call it Motorola.

I've always thought that Motorola phones were a bit bulky for their screen size. This is one of their nicer looking phones, most of them look ugly to me. But this one still is quite wide/deep in the area between the screen and the bottom of the phone. Odd when there is no button there. Makes them look cumbersome rather than elegant. I have never owned a Moto and not yet motivated to buy one.
