New Lenovo Yoga Book version running Chrome OS will debut next year

So far the innovative Yoga Book (which is devoid of a physical keyboard) has been offered with either Windows 10 or Android.

Hope Lenovo makes a Yoga Book Plus version with at least a 12" screen with Android 7 on board. Present model, halo key board is too small to type and would prefer a larger screen

Already succeeded using snapdragon 821. It can run big apps such as photoshop and games without any modifications. They show it in youtube. Sure.. google will lose.

        As an IT professional and gadget enthusiast, I have to say that I've been very surprised at how much more than "just a browser" my Chromebook has turned out to be. Especially since gaining the capability to run Android apps, it has fast become my daily driver, leaving my Windows laptop to gather dust. I actually can't remember the last time I had to pull it out due to my Asus Flip not being able to do something. It has surprised me with how versatile it is, and it's really fun to use. My only complaints are that it bogs down occasionally (slow processor), and limited SSD storage. The latter issue may be resolved with the update to Android 7.1 in Chrome OS, if it allows installation of apps to the SD card as hoped.
        I also plan on buying the Chrome version of the Yoga Book just as soon as it becomes available. I am looking forward to it.

          Google has one good OS and instead of making it better, they waste money with that Chrome "OS" thingy (a glorified browser is not an OS , extensions are not apps).

          We love in the era of convergence, Google does not want to see this. It reminds me of Microsoft's boneheadedNess back in the advent of mobile era. Google will lose because they can't see further than their own noses.

            TBH, what the big big difference between chrome OS and windows RT? Windows RT came and gone, and not to mention that lots of people shitting it from the start, while chrome OS are basically a RT similar is but somewhat feel like a less capable OS. And there's still OEM manufacturers making them. Or am I missing something?
