The phone has seen quite a few enticing offers over its lifetime, but none as good as this.

I wouldn't buy a cloud-based phone unless it had at least 64GB memory built-in. Otherwise you would have to have a large data plan of over 1GB a month if you are going to be constantly streaming data from cloud storage.
