in my country i see alot of sony service centre even local brands use sony centre. apple second to sony in terms of service centre not to mention its rare to see samsung centre. im in asia but not japan

Now most of them are switched to other brands just because the terrible service. Most (or maybe all) of them are even telling their friends/family not to buy sony's phones.
Now in my country, it's hard, very very hard to find stores that sell sony phones. Even the biggest mall in the capital city doesn't sell sony phones anymore.

Only sony has terrible service in my country. China phones also bad, but alot better than sony.
Samsung, lg, and apple are excellent.

Don't blame the company, blame the people that work there. I'm not trying to be racist, but it seems that India and most of the Asian countries have very bad support no matter the brand, not only Sony.
