Maybe apple will steal the spotlight with a scheduled event, if SE2 will be announced it will be internet flood again with hate towards the worlds only premium compact phone. Some droiders hasnt recovered from the SE announcement yet, SE2 could cause fatalities from the cumulative strain on their cardiovascular system, the SE series simply are too fast and awesome for the android community to handle emotionally.

It will be a dilemma.
If they drop the modular design, G5 users will probably never trust LG again as they just invested in a system that is abandoned by the company in a year.
If they keep the modular design, it will be look severely compared to Moto mods.
Maybe they should put the V series as the flagship. They already are pushing the V20 more than the G5 on their site.

just make a smaller V20 with all its goodies, but a smaller (5-5.2) screen, better screen to body ratio, ditch the 2nd display, big removable battery... it will sell like hotcake.

the plus point of LG is they has removable battery, but if they will come in Feb 2017 I think LG G6 will not get Adreno 835 it means it's worse than S8 and Mi 6

Removable battery is to give power to the consumers to customise and prolong the lifespan of a smartphone, taken away means your thousand-over-dollar smartphone can only be used for 2 yrs max on average.

They need to capitqlize even further on the whole clip/magazine battery release the LG g5 has, and the SD card slots immense capacity. I've got a 128gb sd card in mine, making my phone 160gb..but I could add even more and more if I wanted. The camera is amazing too, LG is honestly better than samsung imo.
The two shit things about my g5 is the GPS and the screen burn in. I got residual images on my screen from time to time ans the gps is so bad its absurd...worst GPS ever my HTC incredible 2 from 2010 had a better GPS lmao
