This phone will most likely come with the Super AMOLED PLUS screen.. with has 50% more subpixels and should look much better than Super AMOLED with it's jagged pixels. We will see..

Hopefully it uses a soundchip as good as/better than the current SGS Wolfson WM8994 chip :)

It would be nice for a higher res screen or more MPGX in the cam but both are still very good and everything else is great. I think 4 to 4.3 inch screen, 5 to 8MPGX, flash, 8 to 12 sub pixels, 9.9 to 9mm, hdmi, 1Ghz to 1Ghz dual core with 5x the graphics of the already most powerful cell phone GPU, and many others are deffinately awesome improvements.

husi, 22 Jan 2011I hope it has a pixel density of 320+ ppi.. and the process... moreYep, 320 ppi+ would have sounded great, but considering that the phone has a large 4.3 inch screen while maintaining the same WVGA resolution (800 x 480) the ppi should be around 233 (see for yourself http://thirdculture.com/joel/shumi/computer/hardware/ppicalc.html)
Regardless of the 50 % increase in sub-pixels, the actual ppi will be less compared to its predecessor as the screen size of the first generation galaxy phone which spots the same WVGA resolution is "only" 4 inches.

After all the high end specs for the Galaxy S & then having to wait so long for the 2.2 update (what difference did that really make) frustration with Kies & the continual 'lag' issues, does anyone really care ???????
A camera flash & a light to indicate a message rec'd would not hurt either.
I want to love my Galaxy but at the moment far from it.
Samsung really need to do their homework & deliver on the promises.

Why on EARTH can't Samsung remove that stupid button in the middle, so it can be 100% Samsung not another iPhone 4-clone!? Why not use some fantasy like LG have on LG Optimus 2X, and have four cool touchbuttons instead of ONE lame button???
Fix this and I WILL buy this phone, despite that is a Samsung.

Most people complain that its looks like an iphone, but all the leaked pictures of galaxy s2 are just fakes, people photoshoped them to have an image and the real devise has never been seen yet, so its to early to talk about iphone copy.

The Orion Gpu is not only going ot be as good, but It will be the best Gpu when it is released. That is for sure. As far as the screen goes the new Super Amoled Plus's improvement from Super Amoled is 50% more sub pixels from 8 to 12. So it makes a better experiance and even better outdoor usage.

you say nvidia tegra2, and what about ST-E U8500? Everything matches in the specs.

I hope it has a pixel density of 320+ ppi.. and the processor and GPU performs just as well as the NVIDIA tegra2.. then with no doubt I'm buying this 'perfect' phone ^.^
