Verizon is now sending security updates to 11 Android smartphones

The carrier nicknamed Big Red wants 2016 to end with a bang, and thus it's making sure that 11 of its devices are up to date, security-wise.

    It's a really nice trend, lets hope it continues this way.
    Security (when it works) may be boring to the general public, but lack of security is just one step away from drama should anyone visibly exploit it (like ransomware does).

      Having security updates are just as important as OS updates. I'm glad that it was rolled out.
