SD 820+ is required so that device can support the future iterations of Android. If it had been a BB OS device even 625 would have been acceptable. But it's an android OS with Blackberry productivity features on it. It will need SD 820+.

AnonD-626491, 30 Dec 2016 The screen size is so smallScreen size is only 0.2 of an inch smaller than the iphone 7, but has a much bigger viewing area than most phones (while typing).

Sd820/821 chipset would be pointless. Device isn't built for gaming or media consumption. Its designed to be an, emailing, messaging and calling beast. Nothing is faster than customizable hot key shortcuts that allow users to perform tasks within apps after a single touch. Qwerty hotkey navigation for BlackBerry apps such as the hub, the ability to use the capacitive keyboard as a track pad, flick to type swipe gestures and the space key finger print scanner in the space key will put this device in a league of its own. Sd625 will result in epic battery life. Am sure most reviewers will ignore it's features and judge it on it's pokemon go experience instead.

It would be better if it is with SD 820+.
High end exterior with rather lower power makes no sense,if it is to be pitched as a premium offering.
Hardware keyboard lovers (like me) are still around and we would expect the device to be useful, lagfree for at least few years with support for the future android versions.
SD 820+ will make more sense.
