That's actually a steal! While the Mini is more of a mid-range device, it's no slouch. If someone was a beneficiary of that promo they ran a few weeks back where you got a $200+ gift card when signing up with a new LG or Samsung phone on AT&T Next at Best Buy Mobile, you could just buy this phone outright (not including tax) and essentially be getting a free phone, no strings attached.
