Will it be able to run developer tools like Eclipse, Android Studio, etc, in a multitask mode, like Windows does?

Will we be able to build apps as if we were in front of the notebook?

If so, this is excelent news.

I've just switched from the OnePlus 2 to the Lumia 950XL and this phone is in a whole different league. Miles ahead of the OP2. Almost everything is better on the Lumia:

        - user interface (live tiles vs. boring static icons or buggy widgets),
        - more homescreen customization options (different tile sizes, transparency options, background masking options, able to place shortcuts for contacts, files, notes, websites, etc. on the homescreen, change colorschemes vs. changing icons and icon positions on Android)
        - light/dark menus that actually look good,
        - less menus and submenus, more organized,
        - visibly faster,
        - much better battery life,
        - security [apps running in sandboxed mode] (highly secure device vs. almost no protection against new viruses/malware on Android),
        - no need for weekly or monthly restarts (OP2 needed at least 3-4 restarts a week in order to function like it did in its first day),
        - better keyboard, better assistant, better messaging,
        - better MS Office support, better email sync,
        - better multitasking,
        - more useful features than we have on Android,
        - better image editing apps, better video editing apps,
        - better Youtube apps (NO ADS; playing while the phone is locked; playing while using other apps)

And the list goes on. Apart from missing a couple of apps, Windows provides a much better user experience than Android.

It's like buying Chinese iphone knock off and blaming Apple for it. Google merely open sources android to let others use it, doesn't mean that you get the same thing.

Google Pixel on 4GB of RAM is like the fastest thing ever. Never lags, never hangs, never dissapoints. The Ironman of phones.

Phone OEMs obviously didn't want to repeat the same mistake where mistake wins and everybody else wins only slightly so they gave a kick to that obsolete OS, only to have it return from whence it came. From that failed CEO's mind.

Nobody wants or likes Windows mobile, even Microsoft fanboys finally started seeing the light. My best friend (MS fanboy) bought his first android (OnePlus 3) and never stopped talking about it. Seriously MS mobile should just die. So very bad on all levels...

Please stop smoking pot b4 commenting here. U dnt .S. .H. .I. .T. about Windows 10 Mobile. Why would anyone want to customise the UI and ruin its functions. Windows 10 UI is super advanced as compared to lagdroid and IOS which uses the same old symbian styles icons interface with widgets. Nothing changed.

[deleted post]Haha, I'm sure XDA would find a way to boot windows on that thing. That way you can have a phone and a PC all rolled into one and mind you not that awful Windows Phone, but rather an android phone and a Windows PC.

And it will reach God Mode once they also find a way to embed a screen (a mini-projector)
