CES stands for consumer electronics show. Any new electronics that will be available for consumers (we end users) can be held there. Even wifi enabled vibrators from,say, Greenland can be held there so long as the company pays for a stand.

The point being it is called the CES (not the North America Electronic Show). It's about trends and innovation in tech, because human life is also present in other parts of the planet. Some time it will become available where you live. If not, I suppose, you can import it.
