There are some samsung noobs whicj buys phone and expect to have updates like google is pushing kn their devices lol. Nobody should compare updates to iOs as it is different Os. You can only compare android vs android (Google device vs third party OEM). Its nice, that people like you clearly understands that. Better wait longer and get stable update, than no update at all or get fast update with bugs... Actually, i would say that all android OEMS should do beta program so these who practipate to BETA would be able to test. And we would get updates more frequent, also more stable ones. But the thing is, nobody gonna invest in development for midranger smartphones. Its a huge mistake that android oems by looking for profit they makes midrangers... There should be only high end devices with best processor. So they would have less devices, but put effort in longer updates. But as they are not google, the best way for them is just push multiple devices... Im using OP3 btw. OnePlus wants to make custom roms as the main scenario, though, we are still waiting fro camera blobs to be able to use camera app in full quality without issues. Google always uploads its apps on google play so it is always up to date. Thats why google devices have least problems with custom roms.

I wished I didn't have to. If apple allowed downgrades, I am sure the numbers would be different, as IOS9 works better on nearly all devices, is less buggy and still has the good old slide to unlock.
