AnonD-625786, 06 Jan 2017Seriously, why can't this company stop trying and just die ... moreIt is too difficult for you to keep up with? Would you rather just have Apple and Samsung around? Nice and simple for you.

AnonD-625786, 06 Jan 2017Seriously, why can't this company stop trying and just die ... moreBecause android will lose competition, and customer will lose, there will be huge monopolies.

No, if apple did exactly same decision, then other companies are following apple aswell as it is big company. Nobody is looking for small companies. HTC follows apple as they think, its good to follow this.

NiJon, 06 Jan 2017Lenovo cut the jack by the rumors circulating the web about... moreNot at all. It's because lenovo-moto made worlds slimmest phone moto z. Remember they retained headphone jack on moto z play. I can not see any apple did anything path breaking removing headphone jack. No other manufacturer did. Even LA eco have launched phones without headphone jack.

Nobody can dictate anybody. If someone can afford, go for your choice this is a free world. If you can't afford go into slumber. You may be wasting your time here.

whats wrong with HTC? why all the brands need to follow aiple sh*t instead of do what you need to do design?!

meh, no good...if all brands follow this, i see nobody buying new phones this year and buy old phones because they have 3,5mm headphone jack!

For me is a big big deal breaker! i dont spent money on good headphones/earphones and then need to use an adapter to usb type c to use them. NOOOO
