HMD is making the Nokia phones now, it's a new company and we still don't know the quality of the devices that they are producing.
But since HMD is still in Finland it will probably fare better than other china-produced phones.

Wasn't the 6000 series aluminium the same one used in the iPhone 6 'bendgate' debacle. I guess the main difference here is that this phone is meant to be a midranger which actually makes it pretty impressive that it hasn't relied on plastic frames like some of its competitors. None the less, looks like a solid phone regardless.

This is perfect for its price range except for SoC. It should have come with the Snapdragon 652.
You can buy a Xiaomi Mi 5 with Snapdragon 820 under £200.
