Shouldn't the tray for SIM and SD card be on the top side?
There is no room for it on the bottom side and I really don't think they can put it on the thin side edges.

The second is that side speakers sound pretty decent .. the third and most important is that it uses up space in the front. Space better used for things like buttons, cameras, etc...
STIlL rumour is that they *are* going to put front speakers this year 'round
