I almost bought the N9 now I regret that I didn't.. Jolla is out of my reach.. This phone marks the return of Nokia.. HMD is a finnish company composed of ex-Nokia executives.. They entrusted the manufacturing to Foxconn because that Foxconn plant is in fact Nokia's that got acquired by microsoft and sold to Foxconn.. In short,
NOKIA badge + HMD (Ex-Nokia exec) design + Foxconn (Ex-Nokia plant) manufacturing = A real deal NOKIA..
I admit Android even Nougat never got close to Meego Harmattan or even Symbian.. N9 can multitask 40+ apps on a single core 1GB buttery slick.. Symbian supports full apps installation on SD card and even hotswap SD card.. Some features that Android could only dream of but achieved by Nokia long ago.. But now Android is the most supported current OS and it is open source.. Let see how Nokia customize and optimize Android to its fullest

So it really is actually originally Nokia's factory only now it is owned by Foxconn.. Drill that info into your head to avoid disgracing yourself.. You think Nokia would easily let anyone manufacture their phone and put their logo on?? Check out youtube where they do drop test and smash test of Nokia 6.. Though not funny/inappropriate it really shows Nokia 6's toughness without a dent to its double anodized aluminum case.. Checkout the camera quality too.. HAIL NOKIA!! \(^^)/

Let's hope for a successful comeback of Nokia which could pave the way for a new Nokia-made OS in furture. Or perhaps the second coming of Maemo.

The days of the Finnish manufacturing when real quality phones were produced are long gone.
Foxconn is a slap in the face.
Hopefully they help bring quality to Nokia in the long run.
