I had he same issue, says it will download between 11pm and 4 am over wifi. I set my time from automatic to manual and changed my time to 11:30 pm and went back to system update and it began downloading. When it finishes the download and verifies fix your time back to auto and you can install

Well better late than never, but at 580 MB it must be a pretty huge update....

I can't download the update! There is no option for Download and install and I am on WiFi!

Why bother pushing out a security update if it's not the newest one? :(
