Anonymous, 04 Feb 2011I think you will find that it is legal, has been for a whil... moreIf it does not please the manufacturer, and the manufacturer actually voids your warranty as you said, then it is illegal. And in the world, there are many illegal things that the low does not include. It just depends on your sincerity. If you really like the brand you are using, you won't cheat it.

Also, it does not feel good if you have a jailbroken iPhone. Its a cheap feeling. It makes you feel your iPhone is not running right. And what more of punishment do you want, your warranty is void.

I wish your iPhone will get a major problem, and no one in the world would be able to fix it except an Aplle Premium or and Authorized Reseller. Only then you will understand what void warranty means. You will end up buying a new unlocked iPhone, or maybe change the brand!

                      Huh

Luke, 04 Feb 2011Not exactly true - VLC for ios is not what VLC for PCs is. ... morethe best player is cinexplayer and has subtitle support.
works way better than oplayer the only thing missing is a file manager... it must sync through itunes.

get a grip. Let people hack there os's. android owners do it, nokia owners do it aswell(but thats just so they can run meego which lets face it, isnt a major improvment)

A whole website just about the hatred of 1 phone? How no life can you get?

Plus a lot of the info on that site was factually incorrect. Just because someone puts a lot of psycho babble on a site doesn't make it correct & some of the comparisons are plain wrong.

Don't get me wrong - I don't love the iphone. I just think that anyone who hates, what is afterall, only a mobile phone, they should really, really take a long hard look at themselves & maybe take up a hobby to take their minds of their unreasoning (some could say pysychotic) hatred of a brand of phone.
