HTC's Android Wear smartwatch project might still be alive

Quite a few photos of a working prototype of the wearable were spotted online.

i bet it is not amoled display...looks like gear s2 sport...maybe they want to compete with zenwatch 3

The HTC watch has been in developmental hell for years.... Why release it now when all the hype and steam has gone out of the smartwatch race?

Have you people check out the Tic Watch, which is pretty much an android watch with cyangenomod, also it's not expensive.

Such a boring and uninspiring desing. Are these guys in HTC in sober mind? What are they doing?
