Nokia 6 may be getting a lower-end sibling codenamed Heart, benchmark reveals

23 January 2017
The new model keeps the Nokia 6's chipset but cuts back on every other spec, so it should be cheaper too.

Nokia is not late to enter the android world. Android was supposed to be introduced by the Nokia in the mobile world, but then Nokia rejected android OS. They had no other option left now, so they have to use android as well as continuing Windows Phone.

I don't think this "new" Nokia will survive for long.

          it's too little, too late.

The phone looks nice, but Nokia as a brand is loooooooooong late to enter the Android world. The 6 is not competitive at all - the price is too high, the camera and performance is underwhelming and once the initial hype settles down they will have to aggresively price their devices to stay afloat in this vicious environment. Otherwise we will witness the second fall of this giant.

Nokia will have phones from 100$ to 700 $ .. This is their 150 $ ish smartphone that will compete against Samsung j5 .. What's wrong ?

They already have a Flagship phone with Sd 835 , they have confirmed it and leaked on gfxbench ... It will be announced at Mobile world congress next month.. The best is saved for last ...

If Nokia 6 Lite is like this I cant imagine what Nokia 1,2,3,4,5 is like. How low can you go Nokia? I dare you to go even lower. Give me a 2inch display with quarterHD resolution using SD200 running android kitkat with 1500mah battery. Also, vga rear camera and no front camera, no fingerprint sensor, no extras. Sell that for $30 I will definitely buy.

I would love to have a Nokia side slider (build like E7), but SD821 (835), min 4GB RAM, 2 SIMs, all US+EU LTE bands, 5.5", min 64GB ROM, etc.
