This device hasn't been officially introduced yet, but that's probably happening very soon.

Anonymous, 24 Jan 2017Sorry to burst your bubble, but Chromebooks and Android boo... moreSorry, guess I wasn't real clear with my previous posting.

I meant that what idiot a Lenovo decided to scale up the screen size and NOT boost the hardware to match? A M3 or even one of the new Celeron dual core CPUs would be a step up from the weak Atom line, plus add in some more RAM (8Gb or more preferred) and put a much bigger hard drive in it. Then you would have a media creation device that I would seriously consider buying.

As far as Chrome and Android go, I agree with your statement. Both are a bad joke and can't hold a candle to Win10 for productivity. They are both designed for media consumption, period.

get some of the windows sweet of software where is the disadvantage? I don't need the mega power or need to edit video's or do music and if i did need that i wouldn't be using a windows machine there is a reason why you don't find a lot windows machine in recording studio and video studios they are not reliable and the standard for music production and design is Apple. You need to get your head around that people buy products to suit their need not your perception of their needs.

Ghostwolf, 24 Jan 2017Sorry, but that is about the dumbest idea I have seen yet. ... moreSorry to burst your bubble, but Chromebooks and Android books/tablets are both almost useless and vastly inferior over a Windows netbook/notebook. (as they come with disadvantages only, and not a single advantage over Windows)

Lol.. rather wait for Andromium + Superbook.

You can still keep your phone. Never buy a standalone android lappy.

              Wow!!! interesting.

Sorry, but that is about the dumbest idea I have seen yet.

Bigger screen, lower resolution, weaker hardware specs, and to top it off, running Android?

Just what person at Lenovo thought this would be a good idea? I mean really, someone thinking they can compete with Chromebooks or something?

What a joke. Total waste of money and materials.
