Huawei makes quality phones, and in my opinion and in many other people's opinions, it's the best Chinese manufacturer, and one of the best smartphone manufacturers in the world.

Sadly Huawei did not have a good customer service in the US and only sell Huawei phone through Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, and B& H. Honor sell by Honor US (bad customer service) and other retailer the same as Huawei brand. Both brand good choice for the money.

Hi! I'm a Filipino and here are my thoughts and comments based on what other people are talking about.
1. Huawei is a big name here... They are gaining a stronghold, although they have to beat Samsung, Oppo and the local brands Cherry Mobile and MyPhone...
2. Sony is dead here too. So no need to worry about them...
3. OnePlus3T and the Google Pixel is expensive here... Only importers and the OnePlus is more than $500.

That's quite expensive. In Php 31,000, you can buy s7 (which is around 30k) or add more php 4k to get an s7 edge (around 35k), but i'm not saying mate 9 is bad phone, in fact it's one of the best phone out there. Oneplus 3t doesn't local retails in out country (ph) that's why no.

What a joke they should have gotten it in November.
The Phillipines are receiving the phone in 2017 so it has stiff competition from Note 8, Iphone 8 Plus, Pixel 2 or whatever they call it.

that is a premium sony or samsung price territory. no no huawei.. the better looking, (imho), Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe ZS570KL with 6gb and 128 storage for about P2-3k ($40-60) more.
