I am not really sure, but I suggest you guys use VPN and set to a country which got update. I'm not really sure if everything is the same. But for OnePlus devices, vpn helps get update a lot earlier and their updates are the same for all countries - no changes.

2.4GB! Phew, that's hefty! In most places, the update is nearly half that size at 1.2GB......
But the good news is it installs pretty quickly, some as fast as 20 minutes.
