I am still loving NOKIA. waiting for its success. But one thing I don't like in the new Nokia 6. Camera 📷 department. They not build Carl zeiss in NOKIA 6. it is the best Camera I ever saw.

I'm eagerly waiting for Nokia smartphones in India...
Some are saying Nokia 6 is overpriced but I think it's OK. After all, it's NOKIA guys... we can't compare NOKIA with other Chinese ones.

It's called overpriced at SD 430. Though it is not yet official here in the Philippines.

Nat, 27 Jan 2017Interested topic, Myself, I tend to believe tester rathe... moreHow nice of you. You didn't read his other comments in other sections right? He just help his brother to test phones. It's not even known if they are pros or just do it as hobby. He admitted he stopped testing a phone with SD430 after 2 days? It this professional approach? If the unit is faulty they should change it. I admit as now I have no hard evidence to protect my brand but neither he has something to criticize my brand . He absolutely ignored my argument about how crucial can OS and RAM be for phone operation and ran here to continue spreading hate. I've hacked Nokia E71, then rooted and installed countless custom ROMs on Galaxy Ace 2 and gonna do the same with HTC M8 as soon as I get a new Nokia as replacement. So I know how can OS f*ck with your phone in many way. 250$ maybe expensive, but I doubt any mid-range at this price would get double nano surface coating and Nougat out of the box. Too expensive? Don't buy it. Not good enough? Wait for flagship.

but you misunderstood me, by that "poor Philippines" thing i didn't meant POOR
i meant it the other way, like "feeling sad for Philippines guyz" as the phone got Unofficially launched at a high price, I didn't mean any offense though.

AadiRizvi, 27 Jan 2017We cannot call it a 'perfect first step'. The perfect first... moreBack at that time nobody believed in Android. Only HTC chose it. Nokia was still strugling with Symbian but also tried Maemo OS which proved very popular to fans. Sadly they delayed its development by merging it with Intel project, creating MeeGo OS. It came 1 year latter than fans expected (2011 instead of 2010). MeeGo-powered Nokia N9 was again immersly popular, but Nokia killed it and go for Windows phone. One bad decision after another. I'am not happy with Android btw and hope Nokia will choose Salfish OS (independent project by former Nokians, Meego successor) which have compactibility with Android apps.

The perfect first step would be opting for Android and developing a strategic alliance with Google right before the first announcement of Android OS. Sadly, Nokia will now be just another player in this smartphone game.

tonymancs, 26 Jan 20171) Did I tell someone to buy it? 2) I don't care about how... moreInterested topic,

Myself, I tend to believe tester rather than fanboy. Why?
1st IMO fanboy will defend thier fav brand whatever and however way, even the phone is lagging or explode. It human nature, I do, you do, people do.
2nd, it also human nature people want to show the world that his thing(phone) is great. Example when I get my first flagship, I take many picture. If pict is good I'll upload it, show the world. Bad quality pict? DELETE! I did recorded my first flagship phone test too and if record is great, my phone work well-smooth, no lagging, no something embarassing me, I'll upload it on YT and delete bad record. Possibly it same case with NOKIA 6 test on YT. Then do you people will take it as valid-trusted evident and go buy this phone?
4rd, I know 2 tester in my neighborhood. You cant be a hater because if your report is unjust, they will kick you out and no second chance.
5th, Buy Nokia 6 with price $250-300? No way! I'm die hard Nokia fan and defend NOKIA before they told the price, but now that price is joke. My Dad (ex samsung engineering div/retired) said: He believe that phone worth $180-$230 and if you purchase it for $250-$300, well done people! you have gave a charity to NOKIA $30-$70. So go ahead and give a charity so NOKIA will be great again! I'll wait for flagship for sure.
6th, Tester? that their job, they have experiences with phone, so their word is more valueable for me rather than fanboy defend.

AadiRizvi, 26 Jan 2017Ok you tell me, from 2010-2014, who was using Nokia's borin... moreWell Lumia 8xx were pretty popular but Nokia failed to get 3rd party developer making software for it. I don't like WP anyway-that's why I tried Android but still kept using old Nokias with them (2 phones 2 SIMs) . I agree outdated OS is the reason why Nokia died. Now with a well balanced hardware package and Nougat out of the box, Nokia has make a perfect first step. I'am patiently waiting for release in Europe and news about flagship.

I'am writting this from my Nokia 808 PureView. One of 2 phones I always carry. Maybe many Nokia fans are not using Nokia like me but THEY WILL COME BACK.
For Nokians, especially for fans in India: Nokia-Foxconn alliance get a former factory in Chennai to work. Expect Nokia 6 to come soon with very favourable price.
                            For haters:
                            http://m.gsmarena.com/exclusive_hmd_there_is_no_white_nokia_6-news-23000.php

ha...white/silver(?) variants wasn't even certified in China. I'am disappointed in you, GSMArena. At least clarification came.

It's funny how the "fans" are claiming they're going to buy it. You won't. Talk is cheap. I mean really, if you claimed you are a Nokia fan, what phone are you using now? Nokia? Doubt it.
At least Sony and Blackberry fans walk the talk, they actually buy their respective brands despite the high prices and outdated OS (Blackberry). Nokia fans? Just talk.

PHP 18,590 which is about $370 via Lazada its too much. Nokia got their price in China for $250 that's PHP 12,449.00.
                                  That was so high.

If some one is really fan of nokia, he will surely buy it. I am a fan of nokia. I use Nokia x. For example- There are many phones which are.better then iphone. but many people buy iPhone. Because they love iphone and they are fan of iphone.
