    Good riddance! The HTC smartwatch has been rumored since 2015. The scrapping is actually a smart decision as smartwatches aren't really that interesting (or profitable) now as they once were.

        Seriously, what happened with HTC ? Before it was a status symbol to have an HTC, it was expensive because it was the most advanced device(they were among the first to adopt win mobile platform, Google used them for the first Android phone). Seriously, what happened with them and i'm not talking about the watch (because if something isn't feasible, is ok to scrap the project)?

                Blame the ugly android watch os. For watch, tizen is a lot better.

                  If HTC spent less time and resources on them silly RE cameras that they eventually give away for free they would have been able to release a few watches by now.
