"Barra clarified in his post that ever since he took up the position three and a half years ago, the work took a huge toll on his life and affected his personal health. He also misses his friends and family back home in Silicon Valley. As such, he took the decision of leaving the company and head back to Silicon Valley." Hah! Yeah right. More like "FB is willing to pay me more so yep, better head that way"

Well that was a quick jump from leaving Xiaomi to joining Oculus. Nice selfie (I like how they did Mark's hair). By the way isn't the selfie AR and not VR, since the background seems like it was taken from real-life?!

He is so smart. He's using all his creativeness and intelligence to make more money. Practicality!

Everyone leaves or joins for money. People do hardwork for mony. But when you leave a company it is not good to say " I asked more salary but they declined" or " this firm is falling" so better to say I was feeling homesick etc. Many people leave organizations but no one cares. He is a social figure so he had to say something.

Well that's an odd move... :DD

Though I bet he had his motives doing it... therefore G-luck in the new company! :)

Says he was homesick for Silicon Valley, but I think there must have been a falling out with Xiaomi management - given his comments a few months ago that Xiaomi doesn't make any money from sales of its phones - not a very PC thing to say. I can't imagine his management liking that.
