Microsoft sold less than 1 million Lumia phones last quarter

The company has released their Q2 fiscal 2017 earnings report, revealing that their phone revenue was down 81% year-on-year.

Tucking Fypo, 27 Jan 2017what???? that's quite good for them.I thought the same thing! Can you imagine a million people buying a Windows 10 Lumia? Pretty decent sales for a OS with declining usage, I'd say!

The market now is like buy Android or iOS whether you like it or not and Microsoft seems to have left the race in mobile OS for reasons known to them. My 730 still works flawlessly albeit on Windows 8.1 and that Nokia logo still gives enough confidence that it will last more.

          I liked my Lumia 920 a lot and went Android only for waterproofing and battery size.
          Too bad Microsoft isn't doing anything in their phone department. They were doing better teamed with Nokia and they could do much better on their own than they do now.
          I wish there weren't only two players in the phone OS market but it seems we're heading that way.

After updating to the anniversary update of Windows 10 Mobile my phone is now unusable, Edge crash many times every MINUTE! Microsoft should be sued for fraud when releasing the disastrous anniversary update to users that have bought,paid for, their phones!

                  It's high sales performance ! The retailers have no more stocks, they have also no more stocks for repairs or after sales support (warranty repairs too) and they could still sold 1 M units !

                  I think there is an analyst who did the good mistake in his figures or maybe they hired a trader and the guy has a fantastic capability of liar !
