Sony is the best at optimizing the software. Marshmallow just messed it up, but I do agree that Sony should up the RAM (which they are about to, this year), the 3GB of RAM did an amazing job of not only keeping up but even beat higher RAM devices.
1. Slowest to update design
-You should've known that every company actually follows Sony's design. Using an S6, put it beside the Xperia Z and you'll know where was Samsung inspired to the design of the S6 (and even the S7). Sony had waterproof devices way earlier than Samsung ever did, and their S5 wasn't even a real waterproof phone, my friend proves it.
2. Slowest to update software features
-Why get useless features that won't work 100% fine? While Sony has fewer features than any other competing brands, those "fewer" features are extremely polished and work perfectly on the smartphone. To tell you which, Samsung got inspired with their dual window from Sony's float apps, which was their first. Sony made a 4K display phone in 2015 and they're going to do another one again this year, and when will Samsung ever go with 4K? I guess they will, when Sony starts getting 8K HDR lol

Only then, those viruses aren't attacking the performance and software of the phone, which is why it doesn't seem to be affecting the performance, but the thing is, THERE IS A VIRUS ON IPHONES

          Here comes the mindless Sony Marines killing and chasing off potential customers, they're relentless LOL. Every year Sony tries to sell a certian number of phones but never reach their goals, try to make a suggestion or two Sony fanboys attack you. The bezels are ridiculous and don't try to divert with iphone and pixel because I'll never buy those bezels either.

They surely are earning their reputation as the slowest company to update anything whether it's hardware design or software features.

                      Pretty much same design with this.

If not, then shut up. Don't give fake information to people, because you're making them like you, a noob. At least if you work for Sony, then I might believe it.
                              2. Sony doesn't necessarily always have to update their security patches because their phones are resistant to malware or virus, unlike Samsung which has to update their phones' security because of the lack of virus protection. My aunt's Xperia phone (low budget) which she bought 3 years ago is still flawless and having ZERO malware or virus, and performance felt as good as it was new. At least Samsung can dream of doing that though

Where were you guys when Sony released the Xperia Z which has lesser bezels than the S4? Did any Sony fanboy attack you using the S4's bezels? Second, where are you again when Sony had 3GB of RAM with the Z2 which other Androids barely have 2GB? Xperia Z5 with 3GB of RAM on Lollipop slammed the Note 5 on its face with its weak 4GB of RAM management. And today? Xperia XZ on Nougat with 3GB of RAM smashes the 3T on Nougat with 6GB of RAM, and only the XZ can easily keep up with the iPhone 7 Plus speed and power. Typical haters, they only comment nonsense without researching about it
