The main reason of drop sell unit is because Sony reduce their market in USA Brasil India and China, they invest to the regions that can generate profit and growth, and yes their have growth 46% of units sell if not including the shrink strategy from those bigger market.

And Sony mobile can also service through online/telephone contact from the Xperia Care app. But actually I never use any service from my 2 year and 9 months experience because I didn't met any problem with my Xperia Z2 from my almost 3year experience.

So far they're doing as well as they did in 2011 when the numbers were strikingly similar. As a result mobile revenue is down by a whopping 35%! Things aren't looking good for ol' Sony and releasing another redundant phone with beefier specs won't be enough, they must make drastic changes and quick or else their era will be officially over.

Now day people need midranger with flagship class camera & its quality but no one seriously bring that to market. Sometime people buy flagship class with strong one of purpose to have great camera but for flagship class CPU they dont really need this, they pay high for probably they dont need because they have no choice.
So IMO: mid range chipset with midrange GPU plus rational battery size and flagship class camera & its quality and also rational price. That many people need and hope sony/xiaomi/nokia/huawei bring that soon.

xperia m5 and m4 doesn't have stereo speakers, yet they have almost the same design and size with my z5. Sony should really work on the bezels at this point. LG and samsung will reveal huge screen phones with petite bezels and believe me, I love Sony! But they really need to work on the bezels at the moment.

The competitors don't have the quality sound most of the produce holo sounds, because Sony is more quality compare to them.

Because it packs REAL s... moreThat's just a bragging right at this point, their speakers don't produce the kind of sound other phones are capable of like the ones from LG and HTC. There are plenty of review videos that mention the same thing. They're better off doing what everyone else is doing and just ditch the bezels already.
