They'd better get a move on (and hope for European buisness take up) - at this rate the "early adopters" who really want a Blackberry-esque form factor will be on the Acer bandwagon E210 despite the lower spec.
If this is too long coming (and/or too expensive), the Acer will win the day. They might have got some interest if they'd bothered to make the Charm avaailable in the UK.
