Anonymous, 12 Feb 2017Next? Watching movies was possible in first gen smart watches ...It's not about the ability. It's about the idea and the drive behind it. Sure you can play games on a smartwatch, but do you really WANT to play games on a smartwatch? I mean there are video games consoles and smartphones instead of a tiny 1.5 inch smartwatch.
Similarly, you may watch videos on a smartwatch but do you WANT to watch an entire 2 hour movie on it?
Why not innovate on something more useful, like giving smartwatches a month-long battery life to begin with.....

OH YEAH THIS IS DA FUTURE

B for Bed Laffin, 08 Feb 2017The Idea is good but the main problem is the screen. Its ... moreResolution doesnt matter as the pixel density will be quite high for such a small display.

This idea seems a bit ridiculous. What next, can we start watching movies on a smartwatch? But with that 256GB microSD slot, they could be actually onto something......

Colocho, 08 Feb 2017Obviously because you live in a cave No I live in a world where bad ideas (like Apple Newton, Nintendo virtual boy, 3D TVs) are thrown in the garbage bin oF history. In this world is in fact a miracle that smart watches survive. Such a shameful product (as far as their manufacturer's fame goes). One way to avoid infamy is to avoid constructing this product of doubtful use.

Not a bad concept. It seems to be mostly video game themed, not much for actually playing on your wrist. The advantage I see is that it's basically a wrist-mounted thumb drive. Plug it in to a computer to play using the save files in the watch. Definitely something you wear to exclaim to the world that you're a geek instead of a fitness buff (under armor or fitbit)
