OP however was not the only name listed, and some "big" names were also not clear of any wrong doing. And, the end of that report, clearly states that it's only achieved a couple points extra on the benchmark test. And it's "hardly" worth mentioning. All it really does is kick in to overdrive, or turbo... Whatever you wanna call it. They are a great company, still working out kinks here and there. It's not like they burned anyone's face off or anything. In 5yrs time, they could be literally flagship killers. Especially if Samsung has another Note7 fiasco. Or Apple has a hiccup. The mock-up of the next phone slated to come out is a beast. Waterproof, SD835 2 18MP rear shooters, 8G of RAM, to 256G internal storage. Totally new version of System. NFC, Fingerprint Sensor, the whole 9yds.. 5yrs, 5yrs they'll be unstoppable!

OnePlus is a dishonest company that was recently found to have programmed the OnePlus 3T to cheat on benchmarking tests. Someone should also take a closer look at the battery capacity that was claimed to have increased to 3400 mAh from 3000 mAh in the OP3 despite there being no change in the size of the case. This is very difficult to achieve and testers found no increase in the OP3T's battery life compared to its predecessor. One tester found a slight decrease. This was generously attributed to a faster CPU but as it is very difficult to check the battery capacity per se, a dishonest company can claim anything.
The OP3T is not cheap compared to similar offerings from manufacturers like Le Eco. Unlike mainstream manufacturers, their customer service and warranty claim are highly abusive. It's just they have somehow become a media darling with sheep reviewers heaping undeserved praise on it.

From a production standpoint, media reports - and buyer experiences - suggest that they are severly capacity limited and are working to expand production. In India, OnePlus devices are continuously in short supply and high demand. Maybe you are from a different location?
Also, from a financial stability perspective, they are now part of BKK Electronics (Oppo, Vivo) which should cushion short term shocks which can bring down a startup in short order.
However, I would love to be enlightened by information on the contrary. Do post.

Also they're not the only ones increasing their price. A new huawei mate 9 is 700+,Google pixel 700+,iPhone 700+,Samsung, Sony and more as well.

OnePlus 3 has probably three best combination of hardware/performance/design/price and you won't really see any better combination any times soon I believe. OnePlus is getting bigger and more fans comes for their devices. So their smartphone prices will start rising as they are always since OnePlus x. But hey, its a premium company, totally worth it. So I would suggest people to go and get op3/t today...

I'm not saying that their phones are bad or w/e, but there might not even be OnePlus 4, although they may pull it somehow.Read few posts below, the enthusiast niche is the worst place to be if you're trying to actually make a profit.

Well this is something that someone very shallow would say. The OS is very good because it's Android stock with a few tweaks (of course you wouldn't know because we have never played with a OP phone before, but somehow you think you are entitled to an opinion ).
This phone is not intended for everybody, only real Android enthusiastic people that know how to appreciate a phone like this.
Please take a look at the reviews done on this site and at the comparison between a OnePlus 3T and a Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 and then maybe you will change your mind.

Yes, you will not see this device for sale everywhere and not much people knows about, because it is just a 3 year old company which released 4(5) smartphones... And 2 or 3 of these devices were available only through invites... It is not as experienced as Samsung and HTC ... You won't see this brand for sale anywhere in shops because pretty much nobody knows this company... Why sell device in shop if nobody knows about this company? also OP3 was the first device to come without invitation system... Its just a start. Sure devices are getting more expensive... BUT just because this brand cannot make phones as fast as they gets sold out lol. And it is premium brand. OP X has sd card slot. Waterproofness is worthless as it is not going under warranty... And as tested, OP3 can hold good in water for a while... I would never ever go in shower with smartphone even if it had waterproofness..
