A colour display, same low-res one as in other low-end Nokias likely. What is wrong with a monochrome one? And will there be a cheap camera also? Better to bring out a REAL classic, no camera and decent sound. Do we really want a 1.5 mp 'quality' camera? No.

This is great news for the Nokia 3310! I really hope it does perfect in sales and I hope later on we get to see a worthy successor to the Nokia 6233 with similar and slightly better specs than the Nokia N82! :)

Bad news, I think. I was waiting for something better than Nokia 6. When Nokia 8 was rumored, I wanted that phone. We don't need three low mid-range phones. I think there lot of peoples waiting for at least one high-range Nokia phone.

I feel like Nokia 5 and 3 are just for sake of making phones and filling up market
why?
Nokia 6 comes with SD430 that is already entry level in todays market (I know Nokia is going with Samsung, HTC rather than Xiaomi,LeEco)
My suggestion is to take on each segment with just one phone and making the best in that range
say Best SD4xx series phone
Best SD6xx series phone
Best SD8xx series phone
and possibly making in house chipset too in future.
also id like to see MeeGo getting another chance as Samsung doing with Tizen, not being main but keeping it running side by side

I still have a 3310 often going into coma due to owrn out contacts. Even in the smartphone era, I used till 5 years ago since the display was viewable in sunlight and had a good battery life. It strong as a brick. Hope the successor lives upto the name. I will buy only if it is cheap and with thick plastic(so that i can use it when iam angry)

Wonder if they are ready for tough-testing of new 3310. Scratch, bend, burn, drop,... testing I mean. MIL rating is a must.

It's nice to see Nokia didn't rush into flagship galore since flagship is not all about specs. There are aesthetic they need to think about. Things that stand out and differentiate them with other flagships. Take Mi Mix for example. They successfully create the hype. Not just a, "meh.. another flagship that is so-so" (although only time will tell whether it will be successful or not, the Mi Mix that is).
