Redmi note 3 always finished in seconds
but redmi note 4 finish in more than 5minutes(i checked it myself) because they sell more than 250,000 rn 4 in flash sale which is more compared to usual 10,000-100,000 for rn3

Their phones are extremely competitive and gives bang for the bucks, but they lack quality because my friend bought the Redmi note 4 and he dropped it from a foot height and the screen completely damaged and that too on the same day, maybe because it doesn't have any screen protection,no gorilla glass, so sad....

Very subjective. X sells 3 phones and profit Rs 1 each but L sells only 2 phones and profit Rs 2 each, X is still a larger vendor but are they making more money compared to L?
