Microsoft's Outlook.com Premium subscription is finally out of testing, available to everyone in the US

Paying for government access to your data. Nice. I'd rather keep my premium FastMail subscription without the government backdoors, thanks.

We already knew all from them is always in testmode.. haha. WM10 never ending test.
