If possible clear my doubt, iphone are made by foxconn then how come quality differ from chinese branded phones like vivo,xiome,opp etc......

This idea has been tried and failed so many times. First by Apple with the iPhone 4, then Google/LG with the Nexus 4, and so many Samsung Galaxy phones. Glass breaks, it doesn't matter how "gorilla" it is. There is zero reason to put a fragile material on a part of a phone that does not need to be that way (unlike the screen). I can't believe Apple is repeating a mistake they already made with the iPhone 4. And it will make the iPhone 8 just seem like a design rip off of the many Samsung phones with this design now. Maybe Samsung can sue Apple for once.
Anyway, blech. Smartphone designs have really become boring. The last interesting/innovative design was the Moto X, with it's curved back. And even Motorola/Lenovo has abandoned what they did well to go for the bad glass back idea, with the Moto Z. It's a heard mentality that has taken over all of these companies.

The bigger iPhone was already a bad descision - it is clumsy, unnecessary large, it is not elegant at all. And elegance was always something special about Apple products! 5.8 inch phone will be another disaster pushing away a lot of customers.

Why not just make the regular iphone and plus betaine these instead of creating more diversion and confusing? Slim the bezel and increase the screen size and battery capacity of the regular one and plus and use oled on them. Boom..done.

Fragmentation? apple is in a right mess if i want dual camera i have to buy a huge phone now if you want iPhone 8 they will rob else get a 7s
