A phone is less powerful than even a GTX 640 and we are talking GTX 1060 like performance here! As for Macs seeing as though the best one is on par with a GTX 1050 Ti, the Scorpio is faster by around 70%...

        Most powerful console ever, still slower than a proper gaming PC or maybe even high end phone. I think there are even Macs which could outperform this, although they are not made for gaming in any way so they have a slow GPU
