Why the update procedure is so fragmented? Most of the Europe has yet to see the update... Samsung did a terrible job with Nougat, which was quite bad on its own, prolly the worst update of the decade and apart from the fact that adds nothing meaningful to the edges it does brings reduced battery performance and a washed out, ugly, white UI. Maybe they are intentionally postpone it, so they can launch a newer version, that patches most of its problems...
